The Videoton manager talks about Saturday's important match against Vasas.
„I am expecting a difficult game as Vasas are not in first place by accident. They have played well in their league matches so far. I would like to gain revenge for our defeat against them in the summer. Although we had big chances in that game, we were unable to keep the 3 points at home. I would naturally like us to play well like we have done in our last two games, but it will not be easy. We will need to concentrate and make sure we defend with discipline, even though Vasas play rather dangerously. We must not allow the home side too many chances on goal. I am expecting a tight match against a good side. As to whether I am surprised that Vasas are top after a third of the season? A little bit yes as I was perhaps expecting Ferencvaros to be there in this period. I knew that the first part of the season would not be easy for us due to our participation in the Europa League. I also knew that the coaching staff needed time to introduce a new style of play to the players. The Budapest club showed quality play in the spring and have had time to develop since. They play good football and it will be a tough game against them, but we are looking forward to the big match. I do not feel that the outcome of the league will be decided in this evening's match. We are not even at the half way stage of the league season yet. Plenty of things can still happen until May, but we know that this is an important game and this is how we have prepared" - commented Henning Berg as his side awaits to face Vasas.
