Gyorgy Mezey looks ahead to the Kaposvar match

Videoton play the second leg of their cup tie with Kaposvar on Wednesday

Gyorgy Mezey: "Sadly we have several injured players at the moment, and even some who have gone down with an illness. I will continue to rest Gyorgy Sandor, who has a thigh problem, but both Elek and Alves have joined him. Akos Elek has pulled his inner thigh, while Andre Alves also has a problem with his thigh, and is complaining of pain in that area. Goalkeeper Tujvel has had stomach problems for the last two days, while the contract situation with Andjics means that he will continue to sit out until it is resolved. Both Szolnoki and young Bence Elek are with the U19 side at the moment, as they play with MTK soon. I have just about been able to get 18 players together for the Kaposvar cup match. I do not have to state the obvious but we have a totally different task ahead of us for this match. Cup matches are always very different to the league games, and they are much harder to predict. We will be taking the second leg very seriously, and as I have said many times, getting into the final is our target. The fact that Kaposvar did not play that well in their game at Honved at the weekend, counts for little. We will have to concentrate to the maximum, especially as we have a one goal advantage at the moment. A tough game awaits us on Wednesday. Every club has its up's and down's during the course of a season, just as in every league season before this one. Just look at Real Madrid or Barcelona, or even Manchester United, who all lost at the weekend. Football also has this side to it, and professional players are human at the end of the day. I will be counting on the fans to be that twelth man tonight."
