Vidi's final match of 2020 will be played at the MOL Arena Sosto.
Kisvarda will visit Szekesfehervar at 8 pm on Friday evening. The two teams have not played against each other this season, as the original Kisvarda - Vidi league game was postponed in week 5, at the end of September, as our team advanced against Stade de Reims from the 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League and we prepared for the EL playoffs. This postponed match will be played on the 27th January 2021, meaning we will play twice against Attila Supka's side in just over a month.
Our opponent did not start the season well, losing to league newcomers Budafok in the season opener 2-1. They then suffered another loss in the second game, at home by a 3-0 scoreline to Puskas Academy. After that, however, Kisvarda went on to win three away league games in a row (they won 2-1 against Honved, 4-2 in Ujpest and 2-1 in Mezokovesd).
Supka's team suffered its last defeat more than two months ago, in mid-October, against Ferencvaros in a home game. Since then no team has been able to beat Kisvarda in a series of matches that stretches 8 in total. Moreover, they have conceded the second least goals in the league so far after Ferencvaros. FTC letting in 6 goals after 13 matches, while Kisvárda have let in 15 goals in 14 matches, we have conceded 17 goals in 14 matches. In terms of goals scored, however, Friday's opponents are the eighth most successful team in NB I scoring 17 goals, which is the same as bottom placed DVTK.
The two most successful players of Kisvarda have both scored 3 goals and they are Jaroslav Navratil and Fernando Viana.
