Ferenc Horvath: We scored good goals and played well

The two head coaches shared their thoughts on Saturday's game after the final whistle.

Ferenc Horváth:
"We have started games like this several times like this evening, but we never took the chances previously. Now when we look back and see that we converted our first two chances, it formed the basis of the game. I have previously quoted former manager Jozsef Verebes, who used to say that in a match, someone is going to run into several goals. That moment came this evening and we have waited for it a long time. We scored good goals and played well. The sending off happened when we were 2-0 up. We also had much more of the ball on top of the goals we scored and played good football. I feel that we would have won even if they would not have had a man sent off. The red card did influence the game though."

Teodoru Vaszilisz:
"I have to say congratulations to Vidi. I could see that they were in great form, and it would have been hard to play against them with eleven men. Their movement was very fresh. We have played 7 games within the last 20 days, so it is understandable that we have run out of steam. I will try to shake the lads up in the coming week for the final game. I did not have a clear view of the sending off, but I am not sure if a straight red card should be given in a big match like today. I will have to take a look at the video again."
