Ferenc Horvath: The week did not go as we had planned

The two manager's shared their thoughts on the OTP league match on Saturday.

Ferenc Horváth:
"I can calmly say that Bekescsaba are Vidi's bogey team in the league. They are very uncomfortable opponents who tend to place focus on their defending. They do this well but they also waste a lot of time over the 90 minutes. I wanted us to take the lead, which would have been important, which is why we went for a different line-up. We pressed forward and the players did their bit, but there was something missing from the game. Our last two goals have come from our full-backs! The only positiives over the last few days is that everyone can see that we have a very good keeper in Adam Kovacsik. The week has not gone the way we wanted it to. I take my share of the responsibility for this, and we need to do different things with the players in training. We have scored 3 goals in our last 5 games, which is not enough, and it will not let us move forward as a result."

Zoran Spisljak:
"I can say that we were closer to winning our third league match between the two sides. There were situations in both the first and second half, which should have seen us settle the game. I would still like to congratulate my side despite this. They showed that we can play good football away from home. We showed that Bekescsaba are no push over's. We will continue to fight until the death to stay in the division! We have a style that we will not let go of in the future."
