Adam Lang joins Videoton FC

The 22 year old international defender was most recently with Győri ETO. He has signed a 3 year deal with Vidi.

Adam Lang was born on the 17th January 1993 in Veszprem. He started his career with his local club, before moving to Győri ETO two years later. He played in 57 league games for them. His performances earned him a call up to the national team in March 2014. His debut came in the friendly match against Denmark, and he has gone on to play in four more international games for his country. He won the league title in 2013 with Győr and also the super cup.

"There was interest from other teams but the offer from Vidi was the best. Videoton are a big club that has serious targets, while I will be under the attention of the national team manager. I will need to play regularly first, which will not be easy as there are some very good central defenders already at the club. I have never been worried about working, whether it is to give the maximum in a game or during training. We will start the season with a new manager and each player will start with a clean slate. I will do all I can to get in to the starting team. I know several players from the national team, and they will help me to blend in quickly. I have no doubt that from what I have experienced in recent days will help me to be accepted quickly by a very good group of players" - commented new signing Adam Lang.
