38 year old Slovakian match official will take charge of Tuesday's first leg match

Jan Válásek has been a FIFA match official for the last five years. He made his debut in the Slovakian top division 10 years ago.

The match official from Zsolnai played in the second division in his home country. He then took charge of matches from the age of 19. Valasek made his debut in the Slovakian first division back in 2005. He then became a FIFA referee in 2010. He has refereed one Champions League match in 2011-12 season. That was the qualification match between APOEL Nicosia and KF Skënderbeut, which ended in a 2-0 home win.

He will be assisted on Tuesday evening by Ondrej Brendza and Michal Tomcik. The fourth official will be Ladislav Presinsky.
