The Portuguese manager saw his side beat Romanian team Rapid Bucharest in Sunday's friendly
Videoton played their fourth friendly match of their pre-season stay in Spain. They faced Romanian side Rapid Bucharest, and Vidi made it three wins and a draw. New manager José Gomes shared his thoughts on the 3-1 win after the game.
José Gomes: "We were far more attacking today, than in our most recent match. It is clear to see that the team have really learned how to defend, and the players kept to the rules of defending 100%. We need to have more room to attack into when we go forward, and the aim is to play attacking football that will gain results. The team managed to carry out many of the things that I had asked from them before the game, but I would still like us to have more possession. I also want us to create more chances, which will help us score more goals than we did today. I am satisfied with the performance of the players as well as the result."
