José Gomes spoke to the media shortly after the final whistle on Saturday
José Gomes: It was a difficult match, as our opponents were able to create dangerous attacks in front of our goal several times. Their midfielders were looking to pass the ball a lot to Pavicevic. Despite the fact that ZTE lined up in an attacking formation, we also put a lot of emphasis on scoring a goal or more. The match changed completely after the sending off of Szekeres, and the home team felt that they could go on to win the game. Their defending became slower, and we still managed to score three goals with ten men. I am not pleased about the fact that we conceded three goals. At the same time I am still satisfied with the performance of my side, as we attacked them throughout, even when we were down to ten.
Preisinger Sándor: I saw the match in a similar way to my colleague. We gave Videoton FC too much respect in the first 20 minutes, which resulted in us conceding two quick goals. I felt around the half time period that my players started to believe that they had something to do on the pitch. We played well with our man advantage, and we could have created more chances and scored further goals, but Vidi were very good on the counter attack, and did well with the percentage of chances that came their way.
