The squad is expected to arrive at their hotel in the early afternoon with a training session also planned for the evening.

The day started with an early breakfast on Saturday at 8:30am, before the coach pulled out of the Sostoi stadium at 9am on route to Austria. The players were in good spirits ahead of the journey, which will take a few hours. They will have lunch in the early afternoon before a short period to rest. Arturo Álvarez will have a final medical check up before joining the others in Loeben. The following players will remain at the Sostoi stadium to continue their pre-season. They include Tomas Tujvel, Paraiba, Nildo, Mamadu, Vitor Gomes and Lupeta. The loan deal of Zé Luis has expired and the forward has returned back to his parent club, Braga in Portugal.

The plans are for the team to play two friendly matches in Austria. The first match will be on the 4th July against Austrian third division side SV Allerheiligen. The second game will be on the 9th July against Czech first division side FK Baumit Jablonec.
