Vidi midfielder Dusan Vasziljevics spoke after the game
Dusan Vasziljevics spoke about Friday evening's 3-0 home win over Zalaegerszeg.
"I have just one thing to say about our game with Szolnok last week. A match like that can happen to any club. We did not play well in that match, and that is that! I have never had a problem with my own confidence, but it is true that my performances can change from week to week. There are times when things go easily, and there are times when nothing will come together. Thankfully things turned out really well against ZTE. This was not only for me but that all the other players performed well. I am pleased that I managed to make a contribution again. As to why I did not start the match? The manager told me that my task would be to bring some freshness in the second half. Fate intervened, as Szakaly suffered an injury in the first half, and he was forced to come off. The game was fairly balanced in the first 45 minutes, but even then we were dictating things. We then created more in the second half, and we missed many chances before we finally scored. It is not so important in which minute the goal comes, but it is true that we could have made things even easier for ourselves, had we scored earlier. The most important thing is that we won the match. The win was never in doubt, and I would like to thank the supporters, who produced a great atmosphere inside the stadium."
