NB1.hu's editorial team has come up with its own NB I team of the year, which includes two Vidi players.
Earlier, M4 Sport's editorial team compiled the dream team of the best performing players, which included our goalkeeper Balázs Tóth. This time, the editorial staff of NB1.hu has created the dream team for the 2023/2024 season, which also included Tobias Christensen alongside Balázs Tóth.
This is how the portal assessed the performance of our players:
Goalkeeper: Balázs Tóth
Balázs Tóth from Fehérvár was voted goalkeeper of the season by the NB1.hu editorial staff. Tóth made the most saves in the NB I last season (124), and also had the second most shots saved (156). Although Vidi did not manage to finish in the podium, they can return to European football in the summer - no small merit for the Hungarian national team goalkeeper.
Defensive midfielders. Tobias Christensen
Tobias Christensen has had an excellent season. The Vidi midfielder scored 16 Canadian points, and was the all-rounder in the Fehérvár midfield after Zsolt Kalmár's absence due to injury.
