Turkish officials for our team against Cologne in the ECL

UEFA has appointed the referees for the second leg of the UEFA Conference League play-off between MOL Fehérvár FC and 1. FC Köln, which starts on Thursday at 19:00.

Turkish Ali Palabiyik will blow the whistle for Thursday night's group stage decider. The 41-year-old was born on 14th August 1981. He made his debut as a referee in the Turkish top flight in 2012 and was appointed to the FIFA international refereeing squad in 2015.

At international level, he has refereed for national teams in European Championship and World Cup qualifiers, in the Nations League, for clubs in the Champions League and in all international cup competitions. He will also be no stranger to Vidi: in 2018, he took charge of our Europa League group game against Greek side PAOK at the Groupama Arena, where Milanov scored the winner in a 1-0 victory. 

His assistants will be Ceyhun Sesigüzel and Kemal Yilmaz, while Ümit Öztürk will be the fourth official.
