Stopira: "We want to get six points in the last two matches"

Our Cape Verde international defender is expecting a tough match at the home of Újpest on Sunday.

"We are unbeaten in seven games, which I am very happy about. Even when the results didn't come, I said that there is only one way to succeed, we have to work even harder and not give up. That's what the team did and that was the key to turning the team's results around. Of course, as a defender, it is also a great pleasure for me that we have not conceded in the last two league games. I always expect better and better performances from myself and so do my teammates, and the result is that we can be successful as a team. I expect a tough game against Újpest, but that is even more true for every game in the middle of the season, regardless of the opponent. We want to continue our winning streak and get six points in the last two league games, and I feel the team is mentally ready for that. Now we are fully focused on the game against Újpest, where we need to get the three points, and then we have the home season finale against Paks" - said our defender Stopira to our website ahead of the match against Újpest on Sunday at 18:45.
