Mihaly Fabian will take charge of Sunday's league match

The experienced match official will referee the Vidi - Győri ETO game on Sunday

Mihaly Fabian will referee Sunday's OTP league home match between Videoton and Győri ETO. The match will kick off at 16:30pm as Vidi look to quickly get over their Europa league midweek defeat in Genk. Videoton FC will be hoping to take all three points against Atilla Pinter's side, who have made a good start to the season, and are enjoying an unbeaten run of matches. Mihaly Fabian celebrated his 33rd birthday in March.

He took his refereeing badge back in 1994, working his way up the county leagues. Fabian quickly became a first division referee in 2002. The experienced official then progressed to become a FIFA international official in 2007. Fabian refereed a big game last season at the Sostoi stadium. He was the man in the middle in Vidi's 3-0 home win over Ujpest, back in the autumn season. Interestingly, he also refereed last season's fixture between Videoton and Ferencvaros, which resulted in a 1-1 draw. Nemanja Nikolics scored Vidi's goal that day and the striker will be hoping to do the same on Sunday.
