"The weekday cup match was a massive disappointment. We had players missing through suspension, injury and sickness, but this cannot be an excuse as the team that played against Budafok should have won. Independent of Wednesday's match, I know that we have a strong team and I hope that those players who will go out on to the pitch will give their best. I want them to do everything for the win against Debrecen. In football there are always successes followed by failures. We need to be able to handle the latter. This is also part of life in football. I am sure that the players and coaching staff are ready for the Debrecen game!" - commented manager Henning Berg ahead of the evening game.
