Henning Berg: The important factor is that we are through to the next round

The two managers shared their thoughts shortly after the final whistle.

Henning Berg:

Today's game was a good workout for the young players and those that have had limited match time. Nobody ever likes to concede a goal, but we did score nice goals before that and after. We could have had more shots had we taken our chances better, but the important thing is that we are through to the next round. Mako went out onto the pitch with a great attitude and fought with their heart. I am sure that they enjoyed today's game and I would like to praise them for their performance in the match today."

Tibor Méhes:

"It was a big thing to have had such a long run in the cup. We knew before the game that we did not have a realistic chance of going through to the next round. I would like to highlight the attitude shown by Videoton in the game. We could not see a hint of them underestimating us. With regards to the match itself, it did go according to paper form. I asked the lads to be brave and play football with freedom. This could be the game of their lives. The match was played in a good spirit and we also managed to score a nice goal. The visitors deserved to go through."
