Brazilian defender is the second signing of the day

Jeff Silva has joined Videoton FC on a two and a half year contract

Left back Jeff Silva, who is 25 years old, has become the second signing of the day. Sandor Torghelle signed a contract with Vidi on Tuesday morning, which Brazilian Silva followed up to make it two. He has spent the majority of his career in Brazil so far, but did sign for Red Star Belgrade in 2009. He went on to make several appearances for the Serbian side. He was most recently with Brazilian B league side Nautico, for who he made 33 appearances.

"I am very pleased to have become a Videoton player. I will do everything I can to help my new club achieve its aims. I would especially like to thank manager Paulo Sousa, as well as the management of the club for putting their trust in me." said Jeff Silva.
