We spoke to the youngster who was pleased to be part of the first team squad in Dubai.
"It was a big honour for me to receive an invitation to the training camp in Dubai. It was a delight that I got to play 30 minutes against a serious European side like FC Zenit. I consider it a big thing that we were equal opponents over the 90 minutes against such a strong team. They did not push us back infront of our goal and we did not spend the game defending. We were confident and played well and I felt that we were closer to winning. I arrived in Szekesfehervar last summer and my first aim was to become a regular member of the second team. I have managed to do this and also got called up to the Slovakian U19 team. The fact that I have travelled out to the training camp in Dubai with the first team has place new targets inside of me. I would like to carry on training with them as much as possible in the spring. I also want to perform well for the Vidi II side. That will hopefully earn me the chance again next summer. The coaching staff will decide how I did but I found the training camp to be very positive. The level of coaching was very high and it was not a disappointment. I will be part of the Slovakian U19 side that will head off for a one week training camp in February. We will be playing three hard teams in Germany, Spain and Portugal. It promises to be an exciting spring for me on several fronts. I hope that I can do well in all of them and my biggest hunger is to make it into the first team of Videoton" - commented Andras Lenart.
