"I have been given the chance and I want to live with it"

- There is competition in every area and the same applies with the goalkeepers. You have started the recent matches in goal, while you spent a large part of the autumn season on the bench. What is this rivalry like from the inside?

Everything is super and I feel good, but what else can I say, as the team is winning the games. Just like everyone else, I am working each week. I have been given the chance, and I know that it is down to me, and I have to take advantage of it. I will do whatever it takes to keep my place. 

- Both you and Tomas Tujvel took turns in goal during the pre-season friendlies. How do you feel you did over the winter friendlies, and in the matches so far this season?

Everything worked out very well, and we played against very good opponents. We did not shame ourselves in those games. The one match that did not work out as best planned, was the game with Dinamo Kiev, and especially the second half. But that is far in the past now, and we are only concentrating on performing better in the league and two cup competitions. The target is to win every match. To put it briefly: I am pleased with the pre-season and the results so far.

- Vidi produced a very good performance in the first leg of the Hungarian cup, taking a 5-1 lead into the second leg against Győri ETO. How much will this big lead make things easier, or will it in fact, make it harder in Wednesday's 2nd leg?

It is true that we have a pretty good advantage, and the current form of the team, and the confidence levels means that I do not feel that we will have problems, and that we will achieve a good result. One thing for sure is that whoever plays on Wednesday, will give maximum concentration and discipline, when they step onto the pitch. They will do everything to secure a win, which would mean Vidi progressing into the semi-finals of the Hungarian cup.
